During the monitoring conducted in 2013 in the town of Roncesvalles, Tolima, a Yellow-eared parrot population of 1,408 individuals was recorded, 190 individuals more than in 2012,  a growth of 16 % since last year. Read more…

New nestbox design brings hope of breeding success for the Santa Marta Parakeet
Thirty nestboxes, with a new design, were installed in the El Dorado Bird Reserve. In just three days, the first individuals were recorded exploring the nestboxes, giving optimism for  a significant advance in the recovery of the species.   Read more…
